December 20083rd - Third and final in-person registration, 6pm - 8pm, Harvey West Clubhouse. January 20097th - 7pm Board meeting at Harvey West Clubhouse. 10th - Morning Coaches Clinic (11am - 1pm) and Afternoon Player Development Clinic (1:30 - 3:30pm) at Santa Cruz High, Dodge Field. 17th - Majors/AAA Tryouts, beginning at 9am, Mission Hill Middle School. 18th - PONY LEAGUE CAMP for new Pony League players, noon to 4pm, Mission Hill Middle School. 24th - Make-Up Majors/AAA Tryouts, beginning at 9am to 11am, only, Mission Hill Middle School. 31st - The Rules and Safety meeting will be held at 10 AM on January 31st at Mission Hill in the play area, not on the field. This meeting is mandatory for all team managers as part of our safety plan required by Little League International. It is also recommended for ALL coaches. The meeting will be followed by the Majors Managers clinic for the lower league coaches and players on the Mission Hill field from 12 to 4:30. 31st - Majors Managers and Coaches Clinic at Mission Hill Middle School. February 20094th - 7pm Board meeting at Harvey West Clubhouse. 21st - Clinic for Coaches at Aptos High School. 22nd - Field Work Day, Harvey West Park fields. 9:00am to noon. We ask for at least one volunteer from each team to contribute an hour or two of work to help get the fields and dugouts ready for the new season at Harvey West Park. 22nd - NOTE: New Meeting Place. The re-rescheduled Team Parent Meeting, noon to 1:00pm, at the Holy Cross Meeting Room, at Holy Cross School, next to the gym, behind 210 High Street. The meeting is moved due to anticipated bad weather. You can access the Meeting Room via the parking lot at the gym or behind the church. Uniform distribution will take place at that meeting so it's important that the Team Parent for every team attend the meeting. 25th - Scorekeeper training for paid and unpaid scorekeepers, 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Harvey West Clubhouse. The practice game will be on Sunday, March 1, on Field 1, noon to 2:00pm. Both events are mandatory for paid scorekeepers and optional for unpaid scorekeepers. May 20096th - 7pm Board meeting at Harvey West Clubhouse. 31st - Little League Day, Cardinals v. Giants, AT&T Park, San Francisco. Tickets will be $25 each; details to be announced. June 20093rd - 7pm Board meeting at Harvey West Clubhouse. 13th - Closing Ceremonies, Harvey West Park. July 20091st -7pm Board meeting at Harvey West Clubhouse.
